I’m Rachael Lees, the HR Manager at Hydrokem. With over 30 years of experience in transport and logistics, legal, and manufacturing operations, I oversee all aspects of an employee’s journey within the company. From recruitment and induction to training and development, I am dedicated to creating programmes that recognise and reward outstanding contributions from our employees, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), I play a key role in fostering effective teams across the business, advising on strategy and policy development to ensure we achieve optimal performance.
