Production Operative

The Role

• Adding tins to the production line
• Filling the hoppers with plastic caps
• Working the shrink wrap for pallets
• Performing quality control checks on the product in production
  

Experience Required

• Be able to speak and understand English fluently
• Have previous experience working within a production environment
• Be reliable
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Have a good eye for detail
• Be willing to be trained in a variety of production and quality control tasks.

Shift Patterns

There are 2 shift patterns available;

Days – Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 12.30pm

Evenings – Monday – Thursday 5.00pm-10.00pm

Following successful completion of a 12-week probationary period the hourly rate will be £25,225 for full-time roles. Part-time roles attract a pro-rata salary. With further training and development of skills, the annual salary can rise to £27,000.
